18.Personal Transformation as a consultant in Sheng Health

The process at Sheng Health is a wonderful experience of a lifetime. It goes beyond a few days of well-being.

They become a lifestyle in which you experience amazing changes in your body. And here I talk about the physical, emotional and mental part.

You begin to take care of yourself step by step, while obtaining results that become an inspiration to continue evolving.

At no point are there demands or indications, simply an orientation, because ultimately it depends on you and the openness you have at that moment to transform your life.

How did Personal Transformation begin as a consultant at Sheng Health?

I arrived at Dr. Sheng with a body that I considered “healthy”, because according to me it didn't hurt at all, and what a surprise I had when I saw and felt that it was far from that.

I was inflamed, overweight, romanticizing my vices with the excuse that they are sporadic and with the belief that eating junk food was nutrition.

I only had to wait a few weeks to recognize that I was really in a bad state. Talking to myself, I decided to give myself completely to the process and fully trust Dr. Sheng and his team.

To my surprise, traveling a path of change and transformation step by step and without many expectations, I chose to respect my times and follow the recommendations.

He tells you things in a subtle way and makes them seem simple. Here it depends entirely on you, because when you listen carefully they turn out to be easy for you and here I am going to tell you how between the lines I began to take each recommendation to apply it in my life.

First Recommendation.

A New Beginning: Transforming My Life through Food as a consultant at Sheng Health.

I once made a comment to him. It turns out that as a therapist I was getting dizzy in therapies. And he responded very subtly: “Change your diet.”

For every question I asked regarding my health or my physical condition, there was the same answer and to be honest, taking that leap into the void of changing my diet was difficult at first; I loved eating junk food with spicy sauce, dark sodas, among a lot of less nutritious things, which was finally affecting my body.

There began the journey into the interior of my being, listening to my body as it showed that it did not like certain types of foods such as corn, ultra-processed flours, fried foods, sausages and chemicals in food. This rejection was reflected in conditions that reduced quality of life, fatigue, dizziness, tiredness and insomnia that I had been ignoring for a long time.

Second Recommendation.

Embracing Change: Breaking Free from Sugar and Discovering New Vitality as a Consultant at Sheng Health

In a conversation, the Dr. explained how sugars worked in the human body and the consequences they had on my daily routines: lack of attention, emotional lows and some anxiety.

Once again talking to me I had to confront myself and make a decision.

How difficult it was for me, because one of the things I consumed the most were sweets. I loved desserts, gummies, chocolates, arequipe, ice cream and I always saw a “little sweet” after eating or a chocolate bar to recharge energy as harmless.

To be honest, this was difficult for me, because I started at the point where my body felt like I was going through withdrawal syndrome when I didn't have a high sugar intake.

I started the Detox following recommendations and above all being honest with myself, without judging myself and without sabotaging what I was doing. I chose to live one day at a time and just for today take care of my body.

Since the end of 2023 I ate sweets for the last time and curiously I didn't know that that day would be the last.

Sometimes I smell them or see them in a pastry shop and I enjoy that moment with the full conviction that my priority is me and my decision is non-negotiable.

Third Recommendation:

Awakening to the Truth: Freeing Myself from Vices and Embracing Evolution as a consultant at Sheng Health

Between a light conversation, the Dr. asks some accurate questions that depend a lot on honesty... with yourself.

At that moment he asked: What vices do you have? I responded that I consumed cannabis (Flower, drops and gummies).

Romanticizing the addiction, he constantly repeated that it was only sporadically, to sleep well and for pain. However, my soul knew that it was a lie that I repeated to myself to avoid seeing how disconnected I was from myself and how behind eloquent justifications based on the fact that it was something "natural" I believed that it was for my good, when it was simply making more noise in me. .

The Dr. with his respectful words and a little humor repeated that letting go of attachments would allow me to continue evolving.

Under the premise “I take care of myself”, I decided to take care of everything that was disconnecting the present from reality. Little by little I have been losing the connection with THC without self-demand, the taste and desire simply began to decrease, my body began to give signals that it liked what I was stopping doing.

As I was already aligned with my present, I decided to self-observe and I noticed that I was calm, emotionally balanced, regulating the circadian cycle, active, with full attention and I really liked feeling good without being anesthetized by cannabinoids.

By this time, without realizing it, I was having very good results, so, more committed, I began to listen with full attention to each story or comment that the Dr. shared in the conversations.

Between the lines he was providing valuable information that added to the process and so I began to have a rhythm between recommendations and stories that became a lifestyle where my pillar is to be in harmony and balance with my mind, body and emotions .However, the permanent thing about human beings is change and just when I felt that everything was very good, more recommendations arrived.

Fourth Recommendation:

Discovering Inner Strength: Accepting the Challenge of Exercise as a consultant at Sheng Health.

This is perhaps the first recommendation that the Dr. mentioned. However, it was something that I had in my mind that I would never do, because for me it was not necessary and to be honest it was the one that took me the longest to hear.

I knew that it meant starting to do something that I always avoided with different excuses: like the migraine, the place, it's not for me and how much limitation I could put on myself.

The recommendation was: Exercise your body and although I am far from being a fitness athlete, it took me something like 5 or 6 stories and recommendations from the Doctor to get started.

When he said one last recommendation (that's how I felt) he made it look easy:

“Busca en internet una rutina que te sientas cómoda”. Inmediatamente hizo click en mí.

I found a channel on YouTube with simple 30-minute routines to do at home, using a wall, a chair or a mat.

I simply said: Today I do it... I did a 25-minute routine.

At the end I felt that my body was not about to give up, that it had not been so horrible and that I was in the privacy of my home. The next day I said: Today I'll do it. And so I am, living in the present, today I exercise my body. Sometimes in the morning, other times at the end of the day.  For me, the important thing is to fulfill the appointment of taking care of my physical body and thus I am committed to transforming reality through me.

Fifth Recommendation:

Awakening to Spontaneity: Freeing myself from Control and Embracing Transformation as a consultant at Sheng Health.

In the last conversation the Dr. pointed to his head and said, Do we have to take the garbage out of here?

And I think about everything about a thousand different scenarios in different realities, I asked: Dr. How do I do it? and he very kindly responded, stop thinking, do different things that get out of control, for example, take a bus without knowing its destination and enjoy.

Although I have not done any exercises to unlearn and let go of control, I believe in myself and the commitment I have made to myself and the process, I will do it. Maybe I will share the experience by writing what it is like to surrender to the idea of what I believe I am to create a new being. With love I leave you this reflection:

With love, will and discipline you can change your life, it is simply being willing to receive the teachings of whoever guides you, because it is important to choose someone you trust and who is professional to evolve.

Charting the Path to Healing: Gratitude and Transformation with Sheng Health.

Today I feel infinite gratitude with the process, with my body, with myself and with Dr. Sheng.

Together we have created a version that I fall deeply in love with.

I love how I am physically, because it is a reflection of how I feel internally. I voluntarily and lovingly choose to care for myself beyond my limiting beliefs.

I fall in love with how by learning to trust little by little I am letting go of control.

I love how I expand my being in this new version because intuition, strength, attention, security and reflexes have increased... That is healing.

Being accompanied at Sheng Health makes the process loving (they respect your rhythm) and makes you commit to giving your best with will and discipline.

When the decision is made we can transform our reality with Oriental Medicine. It's just doing it.
