It is an internal martial art that works the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Qi Gong: It is an ancient art focused on creating and balancing Qi through body movements, visualization and breathing.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\">Yoga: The physical practice of yoga (asanas) is linked to conscious breathing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunos estilos de meditaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n utilizan mudras. It is preferable to do the meditation practice for a few minutes every day and that it can be adopted into the person's lifestyle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><i>The practice of meditation helps you escape from reality.\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This practice allows you to see yourself as you are with acceptance and love, while helping you disidentify from thoughts and connect with your own essence.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bf<\/span><b>How can you start meditating?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span
